Österlen Golf Club is Hiring a Course Manager
The club has approximately 2,000 members and is an attractive golf facility with two fantastic 18-hole courses (Lilla Vik and Djupadal), a short course, training areas, and two padel courts. The scenic coastal location attracts many visitors, with around 13,000 guest rounds and approximately 77,000 member rounds played annually. The restaurants at Lilla Vik and Djupadal are run by an external restaurateur, and we also offer on-course accommodations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Having ultimate responsibility for the upkeep of our courses and the maintenance of machinery, irrigation, and related equipment.
- Ensuring a safe working environment.
- Co-planning and leading daily operations.
- Managing a team of twelve employees during peak season.
- Overseeing the course operations budget.
- Engaging and directing volunteer efforts on the course.
- Providing ongoing updates to the board and members about the course.
- Collaborating with our course architect on course development and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Documented education in golf course maintenance and a spraying certificate.
- A desire to work long-term at an established facility.
- Experience with administrative tasks and strong leadership skills.

Position Details:
This is a permanent, full-time position. Start date by agreement. Competitive salary. The club is a member of Gröna Arbetsgivare and follows applicable collective agreements.
