The University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück, together with KORA, NIBIO (Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research), STERF, the German Greenkeepers Association (GVD), Greenkeeper Nord e.V. and Greenkeeper Verband NRW e.V., invite turf professionals, researchers and students to participate in the Osnabrück Practical Days 2026.
The event will focus on the future of sustainable turf management, with special attention to robotic mowing technologies, resource conservation, and innovative turfgrass research.

Site visits and practical demonstrations including:

- Stadium turf at VfL Osnabrück’s “Bremer Brücke”
- University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück trial facilities
Topics include:
- Field trials on greens
- Dollar Spot and UVC treatments
- Stadium turf management challenges
- Robotic mower applications in practice
The day concludes with an evening networking event hosted by the German Greenkeepers Association.
Wednesday, 19 August 2026 – Expert Conference

Presentations include:
- Artificial Intelligence in turfgrass research
- Turf cutting quality and resource consumption
- Latest robotic mower research from Scandinavia and Italy
